What was the highlight of Caesar Palace Hotel

Enjoyed our 18 night stay, very comfortable, very relaxing, not much noise from the bars close by.

Pool is great, location good, room comfortable and roomy, balcony was excellent, will stay at Caesar's palace again - without the breakfast.

We arrived during heavy rain and had to unload our luggage in the rain - no undercover area. A lot of steps but NO Hand Rails. This hotel was opened in 1966 and while some improvements have obviously been made it still needs a lot of updating. The breakfast was very ordinary with few choices and the same everyday, only white bread, no bacon etc. Only 3 in 1 coffee and Tea Bags supplied in the room so if you don't have sugar in coffee or like milk/creamer in your tea your out of luck. Returning guests all said they go out for breakfast, and some bring their own coffee.

Yes checking in staff was great door was great but checking out not nice but different stuff put doorman same was checking in was great and hopefully

Nothing about the hotel but one thing I don't like a shower is in love the bath not good me so night time when I book I make comment about that I am not good on my legs

The guy on reception was really polite and spoke good...

The guy on reception was really polite and spoke good English. I successfully changed my booking from one to two nights pretty easily on check-in. The pool was pretty large. The hotel is also well located near lots of bars and the main shopping mall in Pattaya. The beach is also close.

My room was on the second floor. This meant I could hear the noise of the traffic and dogs barking. The view was pretty terrible. The bed was hard and there was a cockroach in my room. The wifi was really poor so I had to use my data.

friendly staff, nice and huge room, 100 meter from see, great location, easy to get public transport, swiming pool so clean, only one mile from walking street, many pubs, message parlor etc around the hotel...

wifi is not working properly in washroom no shower gell nd hair shampoo is not gud quality....

Great Staff, Good Location, Good Hotel

Stayed for New Years Eve, minor issue with the location of the room when I checked in, ref a booking request. Manager stepped in and it was sorted straight away, great service. The Hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy Pattayas night life, shopping and restaurants. Clean Room, comfortable bed., all the staff where friendly and lots of smiles. Will stay again.

overall satisfied stay. definitely recommend to other traveler.

Location was good and convenient. Parking space in Huge plus point. Swimming pool is good. Room was good and clean. System is working good. Really value for money.

Property is being old so in some area need renovation. Comode shower was poor. Plug point in the room should be more. At least reception people should be a little bit proficient in English language in such a big hotel.

Overall everything was excellent. Would stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable! Hotel staff was excellent.

Internet was not good at all. Hardly never could connect in the rooms or lobby. I am tall so the showers was too low. Difficult to take a good shower.

Perfect for Patttaya

For good or for bad, this is a hotel where tourist agencies from the former Soviet Union and China bring tourists on package tours in Nov - Feb. So the majority of people there are Russians and the Chinese. For Pattaya, it is quite a good hotel. Did not have any problems with them at all. Located in the very heart of Pattaya with Festival Mall right across the street. Quiet. Clean (except the elevator door from the inside).

You will find something to have for breakfast at their morning breakfast buffet for sure. However, for 4 stars, what it claims to be, the buffet is scant: frankfurters and soyabound ham were the only meats in their selection. The rest of meat dishes would be some stewed veggies with pieces of meat, or chicken curry, or chicken soup. The salad bar was tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, shredded cabbage and lettuce. They had two kinds of cerials and two kinds of toast with three kinds of jam and marmelade. They had only fied egges, the way they have them in McD's in breakfast sandwiches. Steamed rice, fried rices and fried noodles were also there. Again, you will be fine, but this is not what you would expect. A bit shabby inside, but it will worry you only if you are too picky.

Nice hotel, pool, great location

Very good location, short walk to pattaya soi 7 and 8 lots of bars. Close to main pattaya beach. Very nice pool on ground floor, nice and helpful staff

Caesar Palace Hotel

Had a good stay. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Very close to the beach. Just walk out of the hotel entrance and down the street opposite and you get to another road and the beach is there. Nice pool area. Lots of choices of food for breakfast. Room was a nice size a walk in shower. The hotel was recommended by a friend who has stayed there a few times before.

Not anything I didn't like.
